Behind every trajectory, there is a person.

There, I saw strong leaders doubting in silence. Managers moving forward with no room to think. Teams running out of breath. Women and men succeeding on paper while sensing they were no longer truly in their place.

That is when something became clear to me: behind every role, every decision, every trajectory, there is a person. This is what led me to coaching. I trained and was certified to the standards of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), to put my experience at the service of structured and deeply human support.

SHIFTMARKS was born of this conviction: we do not always need to be told what to do. Sometimes, we need a space to finally hear what we truly think.

My role is not to decide for you, nor to steer you towards an answer I would have chosen on your behalf. It is to listen, to question, to challenge when needed, and to create a space of trust where you can set things down without a mask, without judgement and without having to play a part.

A space to look at things differently. To understand what is at play. To let your own answers emerge. To reconnect with what matters to you and decide what comes next with greater clarity.
